SPECIAL EVENTS

To complement our summer season, the Blyth Festival hosts a number of special events held throughout the year. In addition to providing year-round opportunities for our audience to participate in arts and cultural activities locally, these special events generate revenue vital to the Festival’s operation.

Under the umbrella of special events, annual presentations include theatre-for-young-audience performances each fall for students JK through Grade 12, and several theatrical and musical events in the spring and fall months. As well, the Blyth Festival hosts a number of events with a direct fundraising focus, such as the Annual Book Sale in June, and the Gala Auction held every second October.
